Concentration at the Third Eye is the key to keep your Arcline balanced. 😇🙌

To balance your Negative Mind: value your discipline. Find at least 15 minutes a day for your personal practice. If you can't find 15 min, than find 3 min and do Sat Kriya. But do it every day at the same time with deep concentration. 40 days of regular practice are needed to change a habit and 90 days to confirm the habit of personal practice. This will balance your Negative Mind. To balance your Positive Mind: strengthen the Navel Point. We have lots of Kriyas and exercises to increase the power of the Navel. In October in KY classes at Yogaloft we gonna work strongly on strengthening the Navel Point! To balance your Neutral (Meditative) Mind: MEDITATE! Just do it! Every day at the same time. Keep up and you will be kept up! You may ask - so what kind of bodies are these? Well, let's start to get acquainted with them! 🤓 The First body is the SOUL Body. This body connects you to your inner infinity. ✨
When the Soul Body is strong, you live by the heart, not by the head, your creative energy flows easily and freely. If, the Soul Body is weak, you may feel yourself stuck and unable to achieve your goals. Special kriyas in Kundalini Yoga help you to develop the Soul Body and live in the creative flow of life. Today I would like to share with you some of my experience in Yoga... My Yoga journey started in 2004 when I met a great Hatha yoga teacher and practiced Hatha yoga for many years. In 2010 I discovered Kundalini yoga, and it was clear to me that Kundalini would be my yogic path. After three years of personal practice, I became a Kundalini yoga teacher. I feel that I have been enlightened by meeting and practicing with great teachers such as Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Gurushabd Singh, Guru Dev Singh, Karta Singh, Jerome Shankar, Satya Singh and others. In 2015 I have fulfilled one more of my dreams - finishing Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training in Himalaya (Netala, Uttarakhand, India) and becoming a Certified Sivananda Yoga Teacher.
